In the app
- Settings → Support — email us from your phone
- Settings → Report an issue — bugs, account help, or inappropriate content
- Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account — permanently remove your account
Business subscriptions
Manage or cancel Pro / Advanced in the app under Plans & billing, or through the App Store / Google Play if you subscribed on mobile. Web subscriptions are managed from the business portal where you checked out.
