Business Subscription Agreement

This Business Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is between HalalMapp ("HalalMapp," "we," "us," or "our") and the business owner or authorized representative ("you" or "Business") who accepts it in the HalalMapp app or website. By selecting a plan and accepting this Agreement, you enter a binding contract for HalalMapp Premium business tools.

This Agreement supplements the HalalMapp Terms of Service. If there is a conflict on subscription billing topics, this Agreement controls for business Premium subscriptions.

1. Tiers and plans

You may choose one of the following tiers:

  • Free: map listing, menu, hours, business details, and up to 10 photos. No billing, no coupons.
  • Pro: adds up to 3 coupons live at a time, 30 photos, the coupon designer, core reports with 90 days of history, and up to 3 locations.
  • Advanced: adds up to 10 coupons live at a time with scheduling and recurring deals, 100 photos, premium reports with full history and export, featured placement, and up to 3 locations.
  • Enterprise: for chains with 4 or more locations. Pricing scales with your number of locations and is set with our team after a quote request; an authorized HalalMapp admin activates your subscription and custom location limit. Enterprise is not purchased through in-app checkout.

Paid tiers are billed on one of the following intervals:

  • Month-to-month: billed monthly after any applicable trial ends.
  • Yearly: billed annually after any applicable trial ends.

Advertised feature limits may change with notice. Exact prices are shown in the app or at Stripe / App Store / Google Play checkout at the time you subscribe. Choosing a tier and interval and accepting this Agreement locks you into that choice for the purposes of starting billing (including trial), subject to cancellation rights below.

2. Three-month free trial

Eligible early / founding restaurants who add the founding trial receive a three-month (90-day) free trial of the paid tier they selected. During the trial you receive that tier's features (including coupons and business reports) at no charge.

After the trial, founding restaurants who continue keep a lifetime discount on that tier's pricing. A payment method is required to start the trial so that paid billing can begin automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Trial eligibility is limited to one founding trial per business account. Subscribing without the founding trial does not include a free trial. If you have already used a trial on the account, paid billing may begin immediately under your selected tier and plan.

3. Automatic renewal and payment

Unless you cancel before the trial ends (or before the end of a paid period), your subscription automatically renews on the selected month-to-month or yearly cadence, and you authorize HalalMapp (and our payment processors) to charge the then-current plan price to your saved payment method.

  • Web: billed via Stripe.
  • iOS / Android: billed via Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases, subject to their terms and refund rules.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access to Premium tools continues until the end of the current trial or paid period, then reverts to the free verified business tier (listing management without Premium tools), unless otherwise required by law or store policy.

Cancel through the in-app Manage subscription / billing portal (web), or through App Store / Google Play subscription settings (mobile). We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law or the applicable app store.

5. Acceptance locks you into this Agreement

When you check "I agree" (or equivalent) and continue, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understand this Agreement;
  • You are authorized to bind the Business;
  • You accept the plan you selected, the trial terms, automatic renewal, and cancellation rules;
  • Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and agreement version and cannot be altered by you afterward.

HalalMapp stores your acceptance (including plan and version) as proof of contract. Starting Premium billing or saving a payment method for Premium requires this acceptance.

6. What paid tiers include

Paid tiers may include creating and scheduling deals and coupons, redemption and engagement reports, coupon design tools, promotional placement, and related features, subject to the limits of the tier you select (see section 1). Verification of your business listing remains a separate process and may be required before public listing features or certain paid capabilities activate.

7. Changes

We may update plan pricing or this Agreement with notice through the Service or by email. Material changes may require re-acceptance of a new agreement version before you can start or resume Premium billing. Continued use after a change to an already-active subscription is also governed by the Terms of Service.
